Hi, really it all depends on what you want, if your planning on doing contracts for a carrier (like Verizon, AT&T) you’ll have to go through a dealer in your area, could be good, could not be depends on the dealer your going through, I elected another path with mine some years back and has work really good for me. 4 years back I had an cellular accessories shop with a hand full of phones, and I couldn’t get the time of day from my suppliers, I was forced to deal with cheap junk, by over priced phones so called refurbished, that didn’t work. I had 50% of my phones returnned due to carrier reject of the ESN, I was dead, no were to turn, I was too small for them to care. I found a small Ohio base Prepaid Cellular carrier that used Verizon Wireless Network, PagePlus Cellular, real easy to hook up with, and Verizon has to take my ESN’s now, it is their system that cleared them to begain with, I can activate my own phones (Most force you to buy theirs) I formed a small network of small dealers in my area (just out of each others selling path) made a buying group, as a team we bought togather, and we were able to run with the big dogs as to speak. Today C&M Wireless has two retail location, and is the main wholesaler or supplier of cell phones for alot of dealers in the Carolinas, We supply Brand New (not refurbs) Verizon razr, vx8300, vx8500, krazr, etc for our PagePlus Dealers, the carrier is like I said great to work with, they have dropped their rates to the lowest prepaid nation-wide carrier in the US 6 cents per minute, no daily surcharge.
We make friends in this business, if you would like to talk more just email me, we’ll get bussy setting you up with some wholesalers and get you a dealer code, no you don’t pay me, unless you buy a product from me. But after your up and running, remember you have a friend in NC. Team work among us smaller dealers has made a road for us to travel on, without getting pushed aside by the big guys. I’ll tell you who is good to buy from and who will sell you junk and leave you hanging. I take dealers from flea market dealer to retail dealers into our group. My rule is easy, if your small and honest, your in, and if and when you get big, as long as you remember the small guys, I still work with you as a team. I am a supplier somewhat now, but you do not have to buy a thing from me to get information on the best places to buy, on higher end items, we like to go togather and buy as one, I built my company on one main rule, you make your money when you buy, the market is set, we can’t really change it, so buy the newest, hotest items for the lowest price. Your Master Dealer? Be your own, all these guys have websites, and call them talk your price, most of our accessories come from the west coast. If you don’t want to buy their mim. order, share it with the group, the more you buy the cheaper it gets.
Give me a list of what you would like to carry, I’ll tell you the top 5 or 10 suppliers to buy from for each line of accessories on your list. My email is my name is Mike.
