Who is accountable for [...] Many organizations geared to helping distressed homeowners keep cropping up. All professions have a code of ethics to follow because professionals have a responsibility to the public since they are the one that received trainings on their respective fields. Who is accountable for this? Though I do not deny that there are those who are out to bleed the clients dry, but, there are also honest and trustworthy foreclosure advisers. There would be more advantage if a foreclosure adviser will remain honest and trustworthy, than just being a deceptive foreclosure adviser.
